You are now one step closer to finding a solution to your child's behavioral health concerns. Our goal is to assist the child in acquiring those skills, attitudes, and resources necessary to pursue productive and satisfying lives.
Prodigal Kids is a nonprofit, private agency which provides behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families. We provide a range of services to meet your child's needs, including Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug (ATOD) Prevention, Substance Use and Abuse Intervention, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Mental Health Counseling, Community Outreach, and Health and Wellness.
Prodigal Kids' serves children and adolescents in elementary, middle and high school. We also provide parent education and resources to families.
Prodigal Kids' staff is comprised of counselors with various credentials, backgrounds, training, and specialties, so we are able to offer a wide variety of treatment, including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and behavioral intervention.
All clinicians at Prodigal Kids are licensed alcohol and drug professionals or at a minimum Master's Level Professionals.

How to become a client:
The first thing we will do is screen the potential client to determine if we are the best fit to meet the client's needs. Many clients come to Prodigal Kids on their own, known as self-referral. However, some clients are referred to Prodigal Kids from a variety of sources including: but not limited to: state or local agencies, other community providers, probation officers, school counselors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and hospitals.
